We offer full replacement for the following:
Frames, Panels, and Tracks: Any visible defects in aluminum, steel, iron, or UPVC materials beyond industry tolerance levels, if reported within six (6) months of purchase.
Glass: Manufacturing defects in all glass types, including single pane, double pane, Low-E, auto-frost (SwitchGlass), textured, tempered, and insulated glass (with or without argon), if reported within six (6) months of purchase.
Materials & Workmanship: Defects in materials and craftsmanship across all products for five (5) years from the purchase date.
Paint: Any defects not caused by improper handling or abuse, including peeling, blistering, or flaking, covered for five (5) years (highly unlikely due to our process).
Mechanical & Non-Mechanical Parts: Defects in components such as weather stripping, provided they are not subjected to misuse or abnormal usage.
Glass Seal Failure: Any failure of properly maintained glass seals within five (5) years.
Lifetime Structural Warranty: Coverage for structural defects, including weld failures, warping, cracked welding, and hinge breakage, unless caused by abuse or mishandling.

Damage resulting from improper or unprofessional installation.
Broken glass after pickup or delivery.
Scratches, dents, or chips found after pickup or delivery due to mishandling.
Any items that have been modified or altered.

The warranty is transferable once—please provide the new owner’s name within six (6) months of purchase for the transfer to be valid.
If you need to file a claim, contact us to schedule an inspection by our field representative.
If a defect requires replacement, we will either provide the item from our inventory or schedule a delivery date if the item needs to be remanufactured.
